Unhandled node type : 8 and License file is damaged or tampered

I am using version 2.3.11 and have tried to read all other topics of this problem. No result.

Ive tried copy key file plus clean cache nothing works.

The problem was in wrong license.key file.

Can you try another browser to identify if it's browser problem or not?

Also, did you remove branding at the bottom. as it may cause license check, because branding removal is not purchased.

Can we take a look at your environment with screen sharing

I ve tried in Chrome and IE. Same problem.

It was a clean install without remove branding.

Sorry cant give access to the server.

Hello Paul,

We've updated the procedure of generating license.key and updated 2.3.11 package. Please do the following:

  1. Download 2.3.11 one more time (important);
  2. Download license.key
  3. After installation, please make sure application/configs/license.key is writable (666 permissions on file)

Let us know if it resolved the problem. Most likely it should help, as we've made several changes in package specifically for your situation to eliminate the problems.

Sorry clean new installation but no success. Same problems. license file becomes 0 kb in application/config and no way to login in and by clicking right side op users see attached file.

0 byte licensw file can only be caused if you install it on domain that is different from the one in license.

Can you try another server that is live?

i have created licensefile for : rd-server/useresponse

server url is : rd-server/useresponse/

does the last slash matter?

Sorry i've no other server at this moment.

I had the free version local on IIS and on xampp. Xampp works fine.

The beta version works like charm too on the same server now and we want to install the latest licensed version on our server and this doesnt work?

I only see the problem in license file too but to install on another server is no option.

OK i set teamviewer online for only screen sharing and no remote control. Situation is : I am working on my pc with remote connection to the server where useresponse is installed. i set everything back for a clean install. id and password to support mail address?

The server has no open connection from outside. Only from inside to outside. Is it necessary to have fully online access for validation of the licence file?

Other online access is not required
