Unable to create a Category for Tickets

I am unable to make a category for a ticket.

I had made a few categories earlier, but I don't know how I can add a category to a ticket.

Hi, Kapil,

by default categories are available for topics.

But you can create custom ticket field (e.g. Ticket Category) in Administration - Fields & Properties - Tickets.

Please let us know if it's clear.
