Threaded comments
It would be great if we had the option to enable threaded comments, since this is the sort of thing many users expect.

Thanks for sharing idea. We'll consider that for 3.0 release and discuss it internally if it's reasonable to replace current filter by date commenting.
As it's mentioned, there are advantages and disadvantages of threaded commenting, so it would be a challenge to make a decision towards threading system or leaving as is.

Starting from 3.0.x release, comments can have 2nd level which are designed for using as replies. The use case for that:
User starts talking about a specific part of general topic, and in order for support agents to discuss this with user, he replies to that comment with threaded option.
Other users will add normal comments as 1st level.
