Show unread/read responses
I'm missing a differentiation between read and unread responses.
UR should be able to show which Responses I haven't read yet, so that I don't have to look for updates and new responses. As soon as a response gets an update it is marked as unread again. This is a very common feature in web forums and really helpful in determining which topics need attention and which don't.
We have option - Pay Attention on Browse page of Moderation module. Pay attention will show you responses that need representatives to see if their action is needed. I hope it will help you with tracking the community.

Pay attention helps a bit though it seems a bit faulty to me. When there is a topic where I write the official answer and nothing else it still shows up when I select "Pay Attention". I would expect it to show up after a user added another comment.
The read/unread feature would also be something for the normal user who just likes to browse the topics and who wants to see, what topics are new or updated.

Now, in 3.1.4 release, you can see what objects are without comments, or without reply on dashboard. Also, you can see which require your attention that are without last agent comment on any filter of custom report or browse section that could be accessed from left Agent Bar - Reports.
Hopefully, this would help with tracking what topic or ticket requires your attention.
