Shorten assigned agents list
Hi Support,
We are currently in Internal testing of the uses of useresponse, everything is great.
However, we will have a lot more users on board when we open it up to the operation side so is there a way to shorten the assigned agents list? Maybe group by department or something?

This feature is finally available, so all agents are grouped now in responsible popup. Though, in new version, we have also quick search feature, that is available in agents interface
