I noticed that the system has a ticket ID but if you try and search with the ticket ID the search is not pulling back the ticket details. Can you add the ability to search by the ticket ID
Ticket id is searched only on tickets list page. Global search doesn't have that option as results that you get have only articles from Knowledge Base and Topics.
In 4.0 release search results would be a part of agents interface where global search would have ticket id option.
