My Activity Dashboard sorting otions, sort by day, category etc.

The My Activity dashboard is a useful space for keeping track of the issues you are involved with, however it does not update and list issues according to last activity on that issue. It would be useful in the drop down filter menu if there was an option to sort the activity list by last activity per issue, sort by issue type, date created. Without this option you have to keep a mental note to check back on older issues you created or intereacted with.

Since 3.1 release we have integrated Dashboard and Reports sections for support agents, so no you a big variety of choices to be up-to-date with "what's going on" in your support center

In version 4 will you be able to sort and group items in your dashboard list? We want to see the top 10 view of our topics, tickets, categories, etc. Thanks

Could you please clarify what do you mean by top 10 view of topics? Do you mean top 10 objects from reports section of the saved view?

Sorry. Being able to look at a sorted list of tickets or posts by a specific parameter, so you can look at the top 3, 5, 10. Basically just a list view that you can sort on the column by. I think this is the way the new dashboard works right?

It also needs a sort by title. Christ knows why but we suddenly have a huge amount of duplicate ideas. Without being able to sort by title or filter by creation date it's impossible to fix!!!!

You can sort by created date in reports. Just edit report in Requests section and choose the required date in conditions. We woul try to integrate filter by title shortly.
