Make responses private by default
We want to use Useresponse as a kind of ticketing system, like Uservoice does by default. Therefore, it would be nice if people could post their responses privately by default (esp. when reporting problems) and we could make them public if necessary.
Wow, that is your answer for making items private by default? Seems very unwieldy and causing much uneeded overhead for staff. I have a much better idea.
Make one small change in this file:
/application/modules/private/templates/forms/elements/multi-radio-block.phtml
Swap line 17 and line 19. Upload. Done.

Hi, Andreas
Such feature already exists in UseResponse. Just install modules Private Objects and Moderation through Administartion>Modules and you will enable such feature. Than grant some users access to moderation page through Administartion>Roles>New Role (call in Moderators for example)>Add Moderate Responses and Moderate Comments on page of adding new role and that's it. You can also manage existing role, for example Admin, to add neccesary permisions. Ticketing system is planned for 3.0 release as a part of HelpDesk module

Thanks for the fast response!
I know about the private objects module, but I didn't consider the moderation feature for that. Thanks for the hint, I'll give it a try!
