Make private KB and FAQ icons different from the public ones.

I have been working on creating new internal private KB and FAQ posts, which is a great feature, but one suggestion. When you search for tag word private or any search term and get a large list back, it is hard to know which articles are internal versus external. If there could be a visual then you could better select, as an agent or internal user, articles or content that is meant for internal only.


It would be nice to see some other ideas on ways to manage internal content for support desk team to build out content for internal use. Thanks


Also - found a bit of a bug. if your title of your article wraps the little red dot covers the text.
