Jira Integration & Microsoft Exchange Integration
Is it currently possible to integrate with Jira/ Atlassian products? We're looking for a solution that can easily take 'enhancement' ideas, and migrate them to our bug tracking system (JIRA).
We'd also be interested in whether it's possible to automatically create 'responses' based on emails being sent to a mailing list managed through Microsoft exchange.

Currently it's not possible. We have experience integrating UseResponse with project management system with the help of API, but no integration is planned for Jira as of now.
As a helpdesk system, we have plans on Incoming Mail and Auto Post responses in system.
Anyway, you can create your own module to integrate it with Jira using Developer Manual.
