Is there a way to change opening a new tab in admin?
It seems that the agent replies link is opening a new tab, when the remaining of the reports just take you to the list. After jumping around a few times you have multiple tabs open. Seems if you are wanting to look at the agent open list, just take the user to that list and do not open a new tab.

After using dashboard for quite a few months, we realized that your idea makes sense. We have rebuilt that area already to display number of objects from any reports and we are going to make all links open in the current window.
Will be live in 3.4 release.
