Is incoming email supported?

I replied to the email notification but it didn't get reflected on the ticket. I am very very cautious of allowing incoming-email because the formatting can be really messed up with different email clients.
Is there a way I can disable all notices about "Reply above this line"
Incoming Mail is a part of HelpDesk module. It's still in beta, and will be available in 3.1 release.
So in your case - it's reply to comments feature. You can disable it by erasing incoming mailbox
