Improve Team Management & System Permissions
Now we have several visibility options that need to be improved in one unified place to be called Team Management where we can do the following:
- Roles & Permissions Management
- Groups Management
- Tickets Visibility
- Chat Operators Access
This should be done in one place where users and companies are located in order to simplify system permissions process.
This improvement takes more time and will be available in 5.2 version.

A quick update.. As Teams is something new in our system architecture, it touched the whole system permissions, views and areas, so we have shifted launch to the end of the year.
