You can turn off only all notifications on new topics and on topics that are coming on moderation in Administration - Feedback - Notifictions

Once we integrate Automation with triggers, it would be possible to turn off notifications onlu on specific actions

I can not find this "Administration - Feedback - Notifications". Has anything changed since your comment?

Hi! We also have ordinary users who would like to turn off e-mail notifications, not per topic but in general. Meaning they would like to be able to access their personal e-mail settings. Is anything like this planned?

Sorry, it's not yet. users can unsubscribe from subscribed topics in their profile. As we can see - ordinary user doesn't have 3-5 topics in general in community. So it won't be a problem to unsubscribe from them in profile.

Any update on this? We are definitely having problem where users are submitting 10-15 topics, and they are tired of unsubscribing.

Thanks

Yes, I would like to set one agent to receive all email notifications and another one to receive none. Is it possible?

Hello Alexey,

You can create the trigger in Administration - Automation & Notifications. So in the trigger please choose Event Type to be Object created and if you want always to receive notifications without any conditions, leave them blank. In Actions, please choose Notify & Subscribe - Selected Agents and select those who should be notified. Also add another action with Don't Notify and select agents that shouldn't be notified.

More details about Triggers and Automation could be found here https://help.useresponse.com/knowledge-base/article/automation-how-do-triggers-work

With “Don’t Notify” trigger I will still have all notifications in the Notifications section of the web version, right?

No, they won't go anywhere. Notification center is designed to collect all notifications and setup notification channels. So if in triggers you won't notify specific agent, notification won't go anywhere - not just to email but also into notification center in the backend.

BTW, in the next release we would add web push browser notification setting.

Hello Alexey,

What other controls that you currently lack of? This way we would understand your needs and make improvements.

I need an option to turn off email notification. But I still need these notifications in the Notifications section of the web portal.

You can do it pretty easy. Don't set any triggers, so all support agents will receive notifications. For those support agents, that you don't need email notifications to be received, Login As those agents and in their notification center settings leave an option under Channels to be just System. They would never get notified via email. Do it for each support agent, that don't need emails.
