How to allow guest to comment a feedback

Hello,

I would like to allow guests commenting anonymously a feedback (with moderation if possible).

Where can I set this up in the admin panel ?

Hi Rodolphe,

We've added this setting to your agent interface manually. To enable/disable guests commenting, go to Administration » System » Feedback and find the Anonymous Comments option.

The same moderation settings are applied here as you set in the Pre-moderate Community option in Administration » Support Channels » Community Portal. You can also find information about moderation here.
