How easy is it to migrate from HelpSpot
I'm considering UseResponse to replace our current use of HelpSpot and was interested to know if you have any tools to help facilitate the transition over to UseResponse.
Also, I believe UseResponse v2 will include a Knowledgebase so I'd be really keep to move our knowledgebase over as well, so I'm hoping there's a simple solution for that as well.
Could you please let me know?
Thanks
David,
UseResponse 2.0 won't have knowledge base module, but it's planned for the next releases after 2.0. More information could be found in our roadmap - take a look at the comments.
As of now we have migration tools from GetSatisfaction and UserVoice. Some users migrated from phpbb forum with the help of special script that was written by one of our contributors. We didn't think of any tool to move from HelpSpot, but as system is open the script can be written for 6 hours to migrate.
Also, Knowledgebase module will be based on used questions and answers of the system where you can form categories and FAQ, so you ask and answer yourself including it in knowledge base with easy access to your users.
