Home page should have gravator next to posts, votes should be embeded with a box
Home page showing Ideas, Problems, Questions and Thanks should have a gravator next to posts same as getsatifaction look.
And votes system should be embedded in a box, so that it looks great!
We are currently working on 3.0 release, but we have our own vision on UI. So we doubt that it will be integrated, but we'll consider that, so let's get feedback.
Anyway, there's always option to customize theme like these guys did.

No, they did on there own according to our documentation of customizing theme. Our service includes less customization, but adapted to your website design.

Can we align questions section at the first in top instead of ideas? And also in the quick post box.
