Google Social Logon and Private Communities
I plan on testing the Google Social logon feature today. I also have a private community. I want my customer to be able to logon with their Google ID and not have to remember another password.
When I create a new account for a customer, do I have to know their Google ID? How does that process work once I add the social logon option?
When community is set to private, social logins are not possible, as users can't register in UseResponse. The thing is that social logins will automatically create accounts if accounts doesn't exist.
Even if we make possible to integrate a just login feature, we won't be able to make confirmation by user that he allows UseResponse to use authentication of G+
How do you see it working with limitations of G+?

This comes from a requirement that our customers be able to use a private user community portal with as little friction as possible. I told the team about the social logon feature, thinking that once we launched this, we could say to our customers "Your accounts have been linked to your Google account. There is nothing for you to do to access our user portal."
Now it sounds like that's not possible. Okay, I'll continue to brainstorm as I evaluate my options.

We've decided to include the feature to allow users login with social networks in 3.4 release that should be live tomorrow. Cloud users would receive the update during next few days.
Customers won't be able to register with social networks when private community is on.
