Draft "responses" as hint for other team members
As a team principal/company owner I'd like to give to other team members some hints or draft responses to specific user requests.
It would be nice to have a sort of "draft" response that my employees see and pick up as a starting point for their response.
Another possibility is to have an internal note area, visible to company representatives only.
I doubt that we'll incorporate it in the next few releases, but I'm sure it's easy to implement with custom module to allow insert saved templates that could be entered in admin area.
The reason we don't see it as a native feature, is that all responses are different, and similarity couldn't be just a cliche, so I think it's only specific to your environment

Say that, as a team principal, I read a request from a customer and would like to give an hint to the employee that will respond. It's not meant to be a cliche but actually a concrete answer to a specific customer request. See it also as a delegation system.
