custom fields

Hey,

Is it possible to add in more options that users will need to include? Such as Title, Description, Device, Android Version. Where Device and Android version would be a different field?

If this is not possible, can I edit the text under the Description to include more specific info for our use?

In 3.2.1 release, we've added Object Properties to be managed in Administration - Properties that includes management of Custom fields for Topics and Tickets.


This way, you can add different types of custom fields to be filled in by the user.

Further, we'll work on mechanism, where you can automatically transfer the data to it from 3rd party systems.

Hello Jared,

It's possible to add custom fields only by custom module now, but we have it in plans to integrate custom fields not only for topics but also for users.

It's on our roadmap... no exact dates.

As of now, you can use Translation tool in Administration to rename description on New Response page.
