Count official response as comment
If official answer is added to response count it as comment, as it is confusing, you see "comment 0", and when you go to the response page, you see that there is an official comment from the company representative
Official Answer currently shows as Last Reply if it's added to the response, so in the list of topics you'll see it as "Last Reply" if it was added the latest.
