Chat logs saved to the server
I realize that chat logs are saved in whatever chat client you are using, but it would be mighty handy to have these chat longs saved to the server, and accessible in the admin UI of UR.
The use case for this is that as the boss or manager of the support staff, I want to be able to go back through the logs from Client ABC and double check what they actually said.
