Categories should have tooltips

When a category's name is too long, ellipses appear, which is good to keep the layout visually stable, but the user has no easy way to check what the rest of the category's name is. For example, in this very support forum there's the "Interface & Wi..." category, and I have no idea what "Wi..." stands for.

You are welcome! We have many things to work on for 3.0 release. So if you'll have translation advises in 1 month so we had time to integrate it :)
