Cannot post anonymously
Hello,
I am using the demo and I want a closed community (which in future will only be accessible via SSO), but once inside I want to be allow users to post anonymously so they are not fearful of posting ideas others may disagree with. Is this possible? I haven't been able to figure it out.

Yes, it's possible. You can switch on anonymous topics in Administration-Feedback page.
But to post anonymously, you need to logout, as logged in user can't add anonymous topics or tickets.

Furthermore, if you have closed community, you can allow adding topics anonymously only with the help of widgets that can be integrated on any page of your website, or create new ideas form and integrate it with API
