Canned Response for all Agents?

Lets say that our client has 20 Agents, and they all need access to 15 canned responses. As it stands currently, I only see the ability to add canned responses on an agent-by-agent basis. Did I miss something?


I think there needs to be an option for "All Agents" and maybe this should be tied to the Admin role.

In 3.3 release of self-hosted version, admin can assign any canned response to all agents at once.

I think we've missed the option to assign canned responses to all agents at once. We'll add it in 3.3 release.
