Thanks for idea. As of now, there is no way to see who voted for specific response. Don't know how we missed it. Will integrate it in the next release :)

As of now, at user profile, you can see what responses user voted for.. this is the only option as of now to check, but not getting list of users voted for the response.

If you go to user profile, there will be filter for user for what topics he voted. Of course, you need to have People Management permissions or be Administrator in the system.

I would like to know which answer someone picked. If they said "I am interested in participating" vs "Not Interested, but good idea," I'd like to know who is interested and who isn't. Is that possible / If it's not possible is there any chance it will be an added feature?

Starting from 2.3.2 Admins, and those who can manage responses can click on number of votes on topic detailed page and see who voted for it

I do not know what you mean by topic detailed page. Where are you going to see who voted for what?

In Corporate package click on the number of votes and you'll see the list of users who voted for it, if you have permissions mentioned above:

But are you able to see who voted for which item specifically?

Kevin,
We'll consider it for major 3.0 release, but no promises as of now.
