Better chat integration for signed in users
If a user is signed into the system, and by that I mean either UR or by SSO, they should not need to type in Name and Email, because the system should be able to pull that from the session. This should work both inside of UR and outside of it. If the user is not signed in, it should then say "Sign in or chat as Guest" or something similar.
My point here is that since you already have a users/groups system built into UR, why not leverage that for the live chat, too?
