Thanks for sharing idea... we have that feature in our roadmap.. Will be done in the next releases for sure.

Update: Now anonymous users can leave votes or responses if these options are switched on by Admin.

Agree, as noone likes to create one more account just to share feedback with you. But it's pretty easy with Login Plus module: Facebook Login, Twitter Login, Google Login, so account will be created automatically

Hello,

Would you be able to provide an update on the status of this? Thanks.

It's completed but currently in beta. As soon as we test all the features for UR 2.0 and finish working on mobile interface, we'll be releasing this feature 100% in 2.0 release.

Currently we are on small vacation by the end of the week, so we'll have 2-3 weeks beta test period to complete everything and launch very big release with smooth automatic update of all users

Now, in 2.0 Anonymous Responses option can be switched at Administration->Settings with option Captcha usage.

When option is on, not registered users can click on Anonymously next to Post Response in Advanced Widget or on New Response page and they will be asked to enter captcha.

If email is entered they will be sent registration info and automatically follow the topic, if not entered email, response is created by anonymous user and it's up to admin or official representative to decide what to do with it.
