Allow option to turn off or set redirect for feedback popup,

When using the feedback button within an application, having the popup redirect to the community site causes a break in the expected user experience and potentially affects the users session within the application.

A client should not move away from the application, just to send feedback. Propose an option to change the way the exit works so the popup can just close and the user can continue to do work as normal.

This is the normal behavior for virtually all feedback systems.
