Add warning message if UR is in subfolder

When installing you should be notified that you need to adjust the RewriteBase in .htaccess file if you are installing in a subfolder. Works like a charm.

Agree! We'll notify user while installation if he installs UR in directory to remove RewriteBase in .htaccess.
