Add the Ability to Have Code Snippets in Knowledge Base Articles
Currently you can't have code snippets/chunks in KB articles. If you try to add certain bits of code as regular text, the editor disregards the code and removes it from the page on saving.

WYSIWYG editor tool allows to add code snippets in Knowledge Base articles.
You need to apply the Code formatting shown below to a piece of text in the article:
