Add actions in automation rules to change custom object fields

When user opens new ticket, I would need to change private fields inside ticket form based on user data.

Hi,

we added ability to change object tags and custom object fields automatically based on specific conditions of your automation rules.

The improvement is available in 4.7.2 release.
