Ability to find on ticket page user info on pop-up
What I’m trying to do is open a ticket, then click on that person’s name to get their contact info.
I would hope this could be visible in a popup so I don’t lose my page .
Then on the popup I can see their email address & phone number.
In agent interface you can go to ticket and to author page without page reload and not loosing what you've been writing in comment.
