Mass activate users

It would be great to be able to mass activate users after you do a migration. We have migrated 2,000 users and the only way to activate them is to manually go one by one down the user list.

One more item, when you do activate a user, you get a confirmation that the user status has changed, but the pop-up screen stays up, you can't move past it without a refresh, so if the status changes the pop-up should close so you can move to the next user card
