Adding users to roles

Here is something to improve the UX:

There are lists for "Administrators", "Agents" and "Users".

On all views the button "New User" adds a default user with team/role "User".

I would expect if I look at the list of admins that "New User" would add another admin.

Maybe also the button label could reflect that with "New Admin".

Right now, I need to add a normal user and change the team after.

We've added the UX improvement in the 7.3 Version to create a new user in the team the agent is currently staying at in the agent's interface.
