Follow a KB category / Create RSS Feed for a KB category
It would be great if there was a way to follow a category. Every time a new article is added to the category, customers/employees who follow this category will be informed about it.
This would be helpful e.g. for monthly newsletters or new information within a category. This way, customers always know right away that there is something new.
