when searching the inbox, i noticed it only searches ACTIVe tickets. is there a way to include completed tickets in the search?

Hello Isaac,
The search works for both active and comoleted tickets. Comoleted tickets are of Light Grey color.
This works on agent ui search. In advanced search option you can also select additional options
