RSS / follow for KB articles

We use some of our KB articles as a way to update customers when release are our, updating the KB article with change log changes. We would like to have the RSS and follow function added to artilces so clients can follow and be updated when the new product releases are being sent out.

Hello, Jens,

at the moment there is no possibility for customers to be notified about new articles. Please vote for the similar idea.

As for the list of new articles - the system allows you to show the most important articles for the customers. Please navigate to Administration - Interface - Home Screen and add Knowledge Base widget on your home screen to display the required number of articles (featured or all). So you could mark the latest article as featured and it would be displayed right on your main page.

the view is ok, but specially marked as featured is not practicable. Sorry.

I follow the similar topic and hope for implementation :)
