Timezone Oddness
We have our timezone set to Europe/London in php.ini as we're currently in BST instead of GMT (for summer).
However, Useresponse ignores that and uses GMT.
We can set to +1 but would then need to change manually twice a year.
Why does this not work correctly and adjust correctly or have actual proper regions instead of just hours?!
