You can do it only with custom js or css in Administration - Interface - My Interface.

There are 3 types of widgets you can choose and preview - popup, full size and in window.

I have added a template in footer template of My Interface. It doesn't get replicated in the Widget.

And also would like to have same footer in all the successive pages instead of Submit.

Views could be applied only to community.

Why do you need to add footer in embeddable widget? As we don't see the application for this?

Community is customized for it to look similar to your website and that makes sense, but widget is just an additional feature for customers to share feedback and submit tickets, so it shouldn't look like your website except that you can change colors, fonts and placement of elements with css and js.

For a better look and feel, it would be better to have a constant footer for the Widget instead of Submit button as footer.

Widget has only required elements, so Submit button stands out. If you'll choose Full Screen mode for the widget, the submit button won't be so big, but implementing footer is not reasonable there.
