"Your license is voided" Error Message

We purchased a license for UseResponse and had it successfully setup and running on our web server. Yesterday we added a ip-protection in the htaccess in the root folder of UR to limit access only to some clients. A few ours later the software show a "Your license is voided" error message. When we remove the ip-protection from htaccess the software runs again. A removed ip-restriction is no option for us. Any ideas?

Please try the following solution:

Go to your License Manager page and download license file;
Upload license.key file to application/configs directory by replacing existing one;
Try to apply your restriction rules in .htaccess and check if it works.

Primarily, our system is public one, but it can be used as helpdesk with Private Objects seen only to authors of the topics and official representatives.
