Workflow steps
Is it possible to change the available workflow steps for ideas (Under Consideration,Declined,Planned ...) to my own steps?
I run the free edition and can not find a fitting setting in administration.

As Paul mentioned, you can change statuses either in db and add extra statuses or rename them in admin area with localization tool, but systems logic is connected to the default status list when any type of response is created.
In free version you won't be able to tweak more in code as it's closed in comparison to commercial packages
