Up to 1.1 version, all updates should be downloaded at license manager and uploaded manually to ftp with Update instructions in Admin Manual. BTW, 1.0.1 version is going to be provided by the end of the week with several extras to contributors :)
In 1.1 version we are implementing Auto-Updater feature and you won't have to spend time on system update with flexible settings to choose whether update themes, localizations, etc, so it won't take customers' time at all on environment
