Our site looks down for a maintenance server upgrade, is this also related to version 4.0? How long will it take? Would have been nice to have received a notification for our support team. thx

Hello,

Yes, it's related to 4.0 release + DB server restore from backup, as service provider had technical issues with that, so we had simultaneously initiated the backup restore.

It would take one more hour to get up and running.

It would be fixed for sure. Don't worry about it. We have backup servers and all maintenance with cloud is on us.

Will publish an update here once it's live.

We have restored the system, upgraded servers, restored databases from the backup. It's up and running.

Just more details on what happened during last 3 days.

Data center maintenance reported us about temporary network problems on Monday. On Tuesday we've noticed that problems are not temporary and there was no data consistency during last 3 days, so on Wednesday we had to shut down our database server and start maintenance with recovering data from backups.

Also, we have upgraded some of the environments to 4.0 version - in January all users would receive major update.

Some of the data that was submitted for the past 3 days could be lost, as network didn't allow persistent connection to the database and the system.

We are really sorry it happened and take all reasonable actions to monitor the servers in a deeper way.
