Useresponse for all clasess in the school
HI there, i am an Admin at my school; a private school. We would like to have useresponse board for all our classes in the school.
Where at home listed all responses within entire classes in the school and ofcoz easy navigation to the all level clasess own page.
MySchool > Standard 2 > Class 2F
So let say there is standard 1 to 6, with 4 class in each level, total 24 useresponse boards within one domain.
Any simple and good solution for this?

You can't use UseResponse out of the box for such purposes and it will require customization.
Even if you create all teachers as Official Representatives and assign them to specific classes (categories to be used-just rename them), there is no distribution of exact permissions inside categories.
You can't grant permission to view one category and responses inside and to permit viewing other categories. There is only option to get notifications about specific categories or not in Profile settings for official representatives.
System will be closer to what you want, if each installation is used for each "Standard" and Classes inside will be used as categories, but you'll require several licenses to use for this purposes and dbs will be different for each "Standard"

Yes, there is possibility and we offer such services. Rough estimation to build it within one community will be $3500 and will take about one month of development + license for the corporate package

Could you come up with some details how you come up with that figure? Additionally i appreciate if you could also list out payment term, support agreement after purchase, what included with the price etc.
Some details of the project is as below:-
1- There will be 14 "standards" and each standards have different volume of classess. Total of classess is around 550, where every classes have their own useresponse board

The more details you give, the more accurate is estimation. I need to come up with the plan and logics to integrate into software, as all changes will be hard-coded and definitely not modular, because system logic is different in permissions, and structure.
I can think of it during next few days, as the system will be complex, but it will be definitely more with extra info that you've provided.
In regards to payment terms. 30% - downpayment, - 30% in the middle of project - 40% - after completion.
As for support, we'll provide 1 month of free support on that custom solution to fix found bugs, but not on core UseResponse, as you'll use it only as a basis.
