upgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2 failed

Archived John-Paul D. 12 years ago

I tried to upgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2 using the Auto-Updater, but it failed.

I had a look at the manual instructions and they aren't clear on what I should upload and which files I should overwrite.

I wouldn't mind buying an upgrade credit if there were some new features, but for a release which is bug fixes, I can't really justify it.

The problem is fixed. It was due to php memory limit set to 64 mb at your environment. We'll try to improve upgrade script in the next release, so others don't have such a problem.

There is no need to buy installation credit, as it's minor release. Please send us ftp details to support@useresponse.com in order for us to check why Auto-Updater didn't work correctly in your case.

Or you can just replace following files and folders:

  • /library
  • /application/modules
  • /public/assets
  • /public/themes

and your system will be updated.
