Update: We already raised the prices.We are going to raise prices on Corporate and Standard packages when 2.0 release is live. It won't affect our current customers and those who purchase product before July 2012 as all of them have 1 year of free updates.

  1. Corporate: current price $399 (+$100)=$499
  2. Standard: current price $199 (+$50)=$249

The reason, we are raising the prices, as we moved far from what was done in 1.0 release with several new modules and features we are going to introduce in 2.0 release. Most of them are related to all-in-one package to support your customers as a ticketing system, private information, and integration.

So what's new to be released in 2.0:

  • API - complete api to provide you integration with other project management, ticketing, task tracker, CRM, etc systems you use;
  • Online Chat - to provide instant support to your customers with widget on website on one end, and any IM client that support jabber protocol on another;
  • Surveys (Polls) - create surveys or polls in your community to find better implementations of required features and know the right direction.
  • Mobile Interface - to get universal interface for all mobile platforms.

And much more to make a complete package for all your needs.

hi,

right now, I'm looking for a definitive solution to user support. I really don't want to have to set two or three different solutions to support my users.I fell in love with your app, but obviously it only supports feedback at this time.So I wonder if version 2 is going to support Knowledge base, and if 3rd party login will be enabled in the standard package.Thank you and congratulations on your system

Hi Mario,

We have Knowledge base in plans, but it's on the roadmap right after 2.0 release. We'll have Post Privately feature in order to registered and non-registered users to add responses privately and seen only for them and company representatives like ticketing system.

3rd Party Logins including Single Sign On will stay only in Corporate package and what you see on Our Plans page will stay the same.

Glad that you like the system and hope you find even Free Package useful to support small communities.
