The button "New Response" is very misleading
When I share an idea, ask a question or report a problem, I do not "response". To respond is a reaction, not an action. I get the whole branding thing, but at least the button should be labeled according to the action you are going to perform. Just my 2 cents.
There can be difference titles to the bar like:
