3.3.1 release should be live in several hours. Though, German translation is not complete. Only front-end is completed, but I would send file to your email to import it into your system.

Hi, we are planning to use Useresponse, but we need Hungarian localisation. Two questions: in that case, can we use the cloud or the hosted only? Also... is it possible to see how much translation is needed to be able to localise?

You can use any of them. The better way for you is to create trial cloud account and look at the localization tool, which can be found here: Administration -> Languages. Also please pay attention to the following article:

Built-in languages are russian and english. German language will be available during next 2 weeks.

French would be added in about 3 months. Not sure yet about italian.
