Once I open topics I can see status filter there but there are no such filter on main page
Are there any reason for missing status filter on home screen?

There is no such filter cause not only ideas are displayed on home screen but also questions - different objects with different statuses.
We think there's no a lot of sense to sort different objects by status. Besides it's really difficult to implement your idea technically.
